AND EMERGENCY PREVENTION
Our event security officers assure your guests’ safety and wellbeing while providing you with peace of mind so you can enjoy your event. Site risk identification and assessment can be conducted before the event to review security's responsibilities, job tasks, and duties on the day. Risk assessments identify all potential hazards at the site, including fire hazards, biological hazards, routes of transmission, and the risk to event attendees.
All FBS Protection Group event security officers receive our industry-leading training and certification during their onboarding process. EVENT SECURITY PLANNING

Controlling traffic with efficient vehicle direction while entering and/or exiting event parking.

Coordination with other outside agencies. To provide comprehensive event security plans, FBS works alongside additional emergency services.

Bag searches prevent the transportation of illegal materials into any event location. Guests are also searched when needed, on a case-by-case basis.

Ensuring uniformed security personnel is present and visible. This prevents people from being disruptive – knowing they’re being observed.

Placing security personnel into the crowd, dressed as average citizens. This allows the identification and prevention of potential disruptions – before they become a problem.
PLANNING A SAFE EVENT DURING COVID-19
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we institute mandatory procedures and PPE for all event security officers to ensure the continuous sanitization of event spaces. These procedures will minimize the risk of a virus spreading onsite, keeping you and your guests healthy and safe.
FACE MASKS:
Event security officers will be provided with appropriate surgical or cloth masks to protect both our staff and your guests.
BARRIER GLOVES:
Event security officers will wear gloves when conducting interior and exterior patrols to ensure they are not in direct contact when touching doorknobs, handles, etc.
HAND HYGIENE PROCEDURES:
Event security officers will immediately wash their hands with soap and water upon glove removal and completion of tasks.
