Our leadership team has successfully managed security personnel and event operations for respected clients, venues, organizations, and large-scale public events throughout New England and beyond. With more than 90 years of combined experience in the security industry, our leaders provide strategic expertise across event security, venue operations, security planning, crowd management, access control, emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and complex operational environments.
This depth of experience allows FBS Protection Group to approach every engagement with a comprehensive understanding of both security and guest experience. From initial planning and staffing through on-site supervision and incident response, our leadership remains actively involved to ensure services are delivered with professionalism, consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.

President of Administration & CEO
Bryan Martineau Esq. AS SAS
Bryan Martineau has an impressive career with over 20 years in the public safety, private security, executive protection and occupational health and safety industry. He earned his Business Management & Business Studies Degrees at Manchester Community College in 2021 and continuing his education in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University as well as obtaining his Certified Safety and Health Officer Certificate from the OSHA Training Institute. Bryan currently serves on the Board of Executive Protection's ANSI Standards formation committee and has been appointed by the Governor for the State of New Hampshire to the Private Security & Investigators Advisory Board as well as Justice of the Peace. As a certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor, he has participated in and has conducted trainings throughout the United States. He holds a diverse collection of certifications, including but not limited to Licensed Security Officer in Multiple States, CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, Basic Life Support Instructor, CRASE Instructor (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event), FEMA’s Until Help Arrives Instructor, COVID-19 Tracer, Resilience & Psychological First Aid, OSHA #3115 Fall Protection, NCSH 400 Fire Prevention and Life Safety, OSHA 7105 Evacuation and Emergency Planning, Crowd Manager in Multiple States, National Incident Management Systems, Event Security for Public Safety Professionals, Management of Aggressive Behavior, U.S. Department of Homeland Security training in Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Explosives Detection & Response. As the President of Administration at FBS, Bryan is responsible for the daily operation of the company as well as the lead officer for our Patrol Division.

Eric Neill A.L.I.V.E
Eric Neill's impressive career with over 25 years in the venue safety, private security, executive protection industry.He has served in the United States Coast Guard and recipient of the Boston Celtics Hero Among Us Award. Eric currently serves as the Chairman for the Committee for the Performing Arts Safety and Security for the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM). As a certified A.L.I.V.E (Active Shooter Survival Training) instructor, he has participated in and has conducted trainings throughout the Northeast. He holds a diverse collection of certifications, CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, Crowd Manager in Multiple States, National Incident Management Systems, Management of Aggressive Behavior, U.S. Department of Homeland Security training in Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting. As the President of Venue Operations at FBS, Eric is responsible for all operations for our Performing Arts Clients as well as the lead trainer for our Training Division.
President Of Special Operations
David Boyle
David Boyle has an impressive career with over 40 years in the event security, executive protection and hospitality fields. His career spans from working at the 1996 Olympic Games to World Cup Soccer and the NFL, additionally, David has protected television, and movie sets along with concerts for clients. He earned his degree at Springfield College in 1983 and is a leading expert in alcohol and security issues. David also is known for expertise in the martial arts field specializing in multiple disciplines. As the President of Special Operations at FBS, David is responsible for our Special Operations contracts as well as our instructor for Alcohol Compliance training.

Daniel Stehm
Dan Stehm serves as Director of Operations at FBS Protection Group, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the security industry. With 19 years of hands-on operational and leadership experience, Dan has built a career centered on effective personnel management, risk mitigation, and delivering professional security services across a broad range of environments. His background includes overseeing corporate security operations as well as managing security teams for large-scale events, where precision, coordination, and responsiveness are critical. Dan has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams, implement structured operational protocols, and maintain high performance standards in both routine and high-pressure situations. As Director of Operations, Dan is responsible for supervising field operations, optimizing deployment strategies, and ensuring that every client engagement reflects the professionalism and reliability that define FBS Protection Group. His leadership philosophy emphasizes accountability, preparedness, and proactive security planning. For clients, this translates into dependable service, strategic oversight, and confidence that their safety is in capable hands.
