TRAINING & STAFF DEVELOPMENT
At FBS Protection Group, we believe that delivering exceptional security services begins with investing in our people. Our commitment is to develop highly trained, knowledgeable, and professional security personnel who are prepared to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our clients.
Training and professional development are central to our operating philosophy. Through our in-house training resources, licensing support, experienced instructors, and partnerships with recognized industry training organizations, FBS provides employees with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools necessary to perform their duties safely, confidently, and professionally.
Our training programs extend beyond minimum licensing requirements. We emphasize continuing education, hands-on instruction, leadership development, guest services, emergency preparedness, communication, de-escalation, and operational best practices. This approach allows employees to continuously strengthen their capabilities while creating opportunities for advancement within the organization.
By consistently investing in training, coaching, supervision, and professional development, FBS Protection Group maintains a strong team of qualified, licensed, and capable security professionals who are prepared to provide dependable, responsive, and high-quality service to every client we serve.

RECRUITING AND LICENSING
FBS Protection Group invests significant time and resources in recruiting personnel who possess the background, experience, professionalism, and disposition necessary to add value to our organization and the clients we serve.
Our recruitment process utilizes a web-based applicant tracking system that allows our management team to review and pre-screen candidates based on established qualifications, relevant experience, availability, and overall suitability for security and guest-service assignments. Qualified applicants advance through a structured interview and pre-employment screening process designed to evaluate their communication skills, judgment, professionalism, reliability, and ability to perform successfully in the security industry. Candidates who successfully complete the pre-employment process are formally onboarded into FBS systems and begin the company's training and initial employment evaluation process.
FBS believes that recruiting qualified personnel is only the beginning. Our professional development program is designed to encourage employees to continually strengthen their knowledge, skills, and capabilities through formal training, ongoing coaching, field supervision, and performance feedback. Opportunities for increased responsibility, specialized assignments, advancement, and compensation are based upon demonstrated performance, professional development, reliability, qualifications, and individual initiative.
By investing in recruitment, training, supervision, and continuing development, FBS Protection Group strives to maintain a professional, dependable, qualified, and experienced workforce capable of consistently meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
